By accessing or using Davetin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Davetin provides a digital platform for creating, managing, and distributing event invitations via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The Service includes RSVP tracking, guest management, and media sharing features.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including event details, guest lists, and media. By uploading content, you grant Davetin a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited communications (spam), or to upload harmful, abusive, or objectionable content. Davetin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payment & Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase, and all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
Davetin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and notify you via email if the changes are material.
