What does "Active Event" mean? You only consume your quota for events that are currently in planning or execution. Once an event is marked as "Completed" or "Archived", that slot frees up entirely for your next client.

AI Translation is not included in any agency plan. It's always purchased separately as an event add-on. So you only pay for the translations you actually need.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every add-on is a one-time purchase tied to a single event. No recurring charges, no plans to cancel.

What's actually free?

The full invitation designer, RSVP tracking, an unlimited guest list, delivery via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, 1 seating table, and 20 invitation sends per event. The only thing you ever pay for is sending invitations beyond the first 20 or unlocking optional add-ons like seating or media.

What if I need to send more than 20 invitations?

Add a sending credit pack: +50 for €12.99, +100 for €17.99, or +250 for €39.99. Credit packs are stackable. Buy as many as you need. Your guest list itself is always unlimited.

Which currency do you charge in?

All prices are in EUR. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Add-on purchases are tied to your event. If something doesn't work as expected, write to us and we'll make it right.

How do I register as an agency?

Simply create your account as usual. Once inside your dashboard, navigate to the Billing section to upgrade to an Agency Plan. This will unlock all agency features including team collaboration and client management.

How does agency pricing differ from standard pricing?

Standard pricing is pay-per-event for DIY planners with no recurring fees. Agency pricing is a monthly or annual subscription that gives you a set quota of active events. Every agency event automatically includes all premium add-ons at a fraction of the per-event cost.

What counts as an 'Active Agency Event'?

An event counts towards your quota as long as it is upcoming and active. Once the event has successfully concluded, it is archived and no longer counts against your active quota, freeing up space for new events!
